DESCRIPTION

Do you need to understand such terms as scrum, sprint review and retrospective, scrum master, product owner and other agile expressions?

Join our workshop to play the agile game we have organized. During the 4 hours spent with us, you will gain the full understanding of Agile Development method.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

At our workshop we will:

1. Study the main rules and standards of agile methodology.

2. Make groups and assign roles like Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers and QA (one of the groups will be Extreme Programmers).

3. Learn the responsibilities of each role.

4. Have the game by following the agile rules.

A team will win if the task provided during the workshop is accomplished according to the agile rules, and is approved by the Customer.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

IT company owners, Project and Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA-s, Web Designers, Business Analysts, Architects, and anyone else from IT who is interested in learning Agile development.

LANGUAGE: Armenian.

The entrance is free and no registration is required.
